How to Spend Store Credit

Redeeming your store credit is easy! Make sure you’re logged into your account, and you’ll see the option to apply your available store credit on the Shopping Bag page, before completing checkout. You can check your store credit balance at any time in your account.

Can I redeem store credit on any order?

Store credit can be applied against cart totals of $100 or more, excluding shipping.

How much store credit can I redeem?

You can use store credit to reduce your order total by up to 20%, with a maximum per-order discount of $25.

Does store credit expire?

Store credit for signing up or leaving a product review will stay in your balance until you're ready to shop. Store credit for sharing your purchase on Instagram is valid for 30 days. All other store credit is valid for 6 months.

What happens if I return an order?

If you return part of an order only, or request to exchange an item, you will keep any store credit earned on that order. However, if you return your order in full for a refund, the store credit earned on it will be deducted from your account. If you used store credit to pay for part of the order you’re returning, the applicable percentage of the return’s value will be refunded as new store credit.
