Delivery times and prices

FREE same-day* shipping on every order – no minimum purchase required!
All orders are shipped from Melbourne, Australia and generally arrive within 2-5 business days (Australia) or 3-5 business days (New Zealand). Delivery times may be a little longer around public holidays. Tracking details will be provided in your Style Gallery account and in the email alert you’ll receive once your order ships, so you can monitor its progress.

We always strive to meet our delivery promises. In the rare event of an unforeseen delay, we’ll contact you via the email address you provide at checkout.

(*Orders placed after 12pm AEST will be shipped the next working day.)

International delivery

Currently, Style Gallery only ships to addresses in Australia and New Zealand.

Gift card delivery

Our gift cards are conveniently delivered free by email. Simply enter the email of the person you want to gift, add your note, and they’ll receive their e-voucher as soon as you complete checkout. Perfect for those last-minute gifts!

Returns policy

You can return any item within 30 days of purchase provided it is unused and in its original condition, including the original tags and packaging being intact.

If you’re returning an item from Australia for an exchange or store credit, return shipping is free!

To request a return

  • Enter your order number and email address at https://stylegallery.returnscenter.com/
  • Select the item(s) you would like to return
  • Select the reason for the return. Upload images if relevant.
  • Choose your preferred resolution method (see below for details) and click submit

We will contact you within 1-3 business days with instructions on how to return your item(s). Once they have been received and checked by our quality control team, we’ll issue your refund or ship your replacement.

Returns from Australia

If you’d like to exchange your item for another style/size, or receive your refund as store credit, we’ll pay for your returns postage! Once your return request is approved, we’ll send you a prepaid shipping label – simply stick it to your parcel and drop it off at any Australia Post office.

You can also request a refund to your original payment method. In this case, we’ll email you the returns address and you will need to ship the order back to us at your own cost (unless faulty**).

Returns from New Zealand

Choose whether you’d like to receive a refund to store credit, exchange for another style/size, or receive a refund to your original payment method. Once your return request is approved, we’ll email you our returns address in Australia and you will need to ship the parcel back to us at your own cost (unless faulty**).

**Faulty items

In the unlikely event that you receive a defective item, Style Gallery will happily cover the cost of returning it regardless of your chosen resolution method. When requesting a return, please remember to upload images that show the fault clearly.
